HANDCRAFTED GUEUZES

All our Gueuzes are assembled with 100% home-brewed and aged on Barola casks, lambics. Manufactured in the traditional way with refrigerated vessel, covered with tropical wooden lid.

Gueuze Van Aert

Assembled with 2.5- to 3-year-old lambics. Well-balanced Geuze with good sweet-sour contrast.

With subtle wood touch.

Cassis Van Aert

Assembled with at least 2.5-year-old lambic and macerated for 4 months with cassis berries.

Litchi Van Aert

Assembled with at least 2.5-year-old lambic and macerated for 4 months with Litchi fruit.
